Are global markets still attractive for Indian tech companies?

The global economy seems to have survived the economic slowdown triggered by the collapse of the credit boom-driven asset price bubble. There are still some fundamental weaknesses in the global financial system, that could make any potential international expansion unattractive. What should Indian tech companies that want to break into global markets do? Expand internationally or concentrate on the still growing Indian market?
