German broadcaster ProSiebenSat.1 has acquired Munich-based Feeem Media, which is working on creating a womens portal at www.Fem.com. The portal should be up and running by the end of the year. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal appears to emulate the womens fashion lifestyle network created by Glam Media in the U.S.
