UK Govt rules will constrain Phorm's ad targetting system

UK Government regulators have ruled that Phorm, which uses behavioural data to deliver targetted advertising will be allowed to run its ad serving system in the UK, but it will be required to adhere to a strict set of rules, including obtaining consent from users and providing a clear opt-out feature.
