iSkoot, which enables Skype on mobile phones, has raised $19 million in third round funding from a group of VC's led by Vision Opportunity Master Fund. Existing investors Charles River Ventures, Khosla Ventures, Jesselson Capital Corporation and ZG Ventures also participated in this round.
